WHERE DO YOU CURRENTLY SHIP?
We ship to the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS?
U.S. Shipping
· Flat shipping fee of $5 USD for orders below $30 USD*.
· Flat shipping fee of $7 USD for orders between $31 USD and $64 USD*.
· Free shipping for orders over $65 USD.
· Express Shipping option (1-2 days) for any order at a flat rate of $15 USD.
*Please note that Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Canada Shipping
· Flat fee shipping of $20 CAD for all purchases.
Please note that Canada duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay these duties and fees, if any, when the order arrives.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO ARRIVE?
All orders leave our warehouse 1-2 days from when you make your purchases. For most of the continental U.S., packages are delivered within 3-5 business days once they are shipped. For Canada, packages are delivered within 7 days. However, there are always variabilities with shipping carriers. Keep an eye out for shipping and tracking information in your email.
IS SHIPPING PROTECTION AVAILABLE FOR MY PACKAGE?
We have partnered with LABL Shipping Protection for orders that may be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. This is a great option to cover your order, for as little as $1.50. This is an optional service that is added automatically at checkout. If you opt into this service and your order is lost, stolen or damaged, you may submit a claim here.
Please note that if you have not opted into this service, SHAZ & KIKS will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders while in transit.
Returns
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We want you to love our products as much as we do, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new items, please reach out to hi@shazandkiks.com and we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Once your return request is submitted, you will have 10 days to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse.
Returns are eligible as long as they are new/unopened or gently used. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded and a $7 USD restocking/disposal fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items purchased outside of SHAZANDKIKS.com are not eligible for a return with us. Please contact the original store's customer service team for support.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email hi@shazandkiks.com and we'll do our best to cancel your order if it has not been processed. Once an order has been fulfilled, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
