Take a scoop and start massaging into different parts of your scalp. Repeat as many times as needed to cover your scalp. Then use a brush or comb to distribute through your strands. You can use your hands as well, using more scoops as needed. Coat your strands, but do not drench. Tie up your hair and allow it to soak in for at least 15 minutes. You can leave it on as long as you like — slick back your hair in a bun or braid, go about your day, or sleep in the mask. Then step into the shower and start your wash ritual as usual.

What is the fragrance of the Prewash?
The Prewash for fine, thin to medium hair has refreshing notes of wild mint and eucalyptus, and the Prewash for thick, curly or coily hair has earthy notes of bergamot, citrus, and vetiver.

Should the Prewash be used on wet or dry hair?
The Prewash should be massaged into your DRY scalp and hair, prior to washing, which allows the nutrients to penetrate at a deeper rate to strengthen, balance and nourish. It also helps balance your hair's pH once you jump in the shower. And it helps prevent everyday damage, which starts with your hair getting wet during your wash days.

How long do I have to keep the Prewash in?
15-20 minutes prior to jumping in the shower is great! If you can keep it in longer, that's great too. Our favorite things to do while we Prewash: workout, sleep, relax.

When can I see results?
