Our comb is handcrafted by a wood artisan collective in Bardhaman, India. A group of craftsmen who harvest the Ayurvedic medicinal plant, Neem tree, and then create our combs all by hand. They've kept this craft alive for generations.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?

Should the Prewash be used on wet or dry hair?

We recommend using the Prewas mask on your dry scalp and strands, which allows the nutrients to penetrate at a deeper rate to strengthen, balance and nourish.

How long do I have to keep the Prewash in?

15-20 minutes prior to jumping in the shower is great! If you can keep it in longer, that's great too. Our favorite things to do while we Prewash: workout, sleep, relax.

HOW TO USE

Step 1

Start with dry hair. Take a scoop of the Prewash and massage it through your strands. Repeat as needed to cover your scalp.

Step 2

Take another scoop and run through your strands until coated, but not drenched.

Step 3

Use the Neem Wood Comb to distribute the Prewash scalp to strands. Use it to help detangle, and massage your scalp.

Step 4

Allow Prewash to soak in at least 15 minutes and then jump in the shower and start your wash routine.
